You came because something in you already knows that what you’re carrying is real, and that you’ve been carrying it alone for too long.
Office Hours is a place to pause. To get your bearings. To understand what your body is actually responding to so you can move through your life with more clarity, capacity, and self-trust.
It’s for the misfits, the creatives, the dreamers, and the caregivers.
The ones who’ve been told they’re too much, too sensitive, too intense and somehow never enough.
It’s for therapists, healers, organizers, artists, and community holders who are carrying responsibility — not only for themselves but for others — and are tired of carrying it alone.
Office Hours is a monthly live gathering led by guest teachers — each session built around a specific theme at the intersection of decolonial psychology, somatics, ancestral wisdom, and collective care. We honor other ways of knowing inside us all.
Every month, we go somewhere together. A different teacher. A different thread of the work. A different doorway into understanding what you’re carrying and why.
Monthly live sessions and a community of people who understand the weight — so you stop navigating it alone.
Decolonial psychology, somatics, and ancestral frameworks that help you make sense of what you're holding — without pathologizing it or pushing it down.
A consistent container to return to when you're crossing a threshold and don't know what's on the other side.
A space that doesn't ask you to perform wellness to belong — where the grief, rage, and exhaustion are information, not problems to manage.

Caregivers are more than just helpers; they are whole individuals with unique experiences and stories.
Explore the wisdom and power in acknowledging and embracing your sacred rage.
Our discussions will embrace diversity and inclusivity, honoring the experiences of the queer and Black communities.
“I have been going to office hours most months now for a while and I really enjoy them! It has been cool to see Dr. Jenn move more and more away from the westernized therapy model to more of the energetic/ancestral/intuitive healing work. I adore her teaching, her land and labor acknowledgements, and her laughter. The speakers are always amazing.”
“I love this space. I feel completely at home in Office Hours, surrounded by like minds who embrace me in my wholeness. Dr. Jenn, your voice, energy, and everything you’ve created over the years — I could listen for hours. Thank you for making this possible.”
“Office Hours with Dr. Jenn was the space and community needed to fill me up and energize me to continue advocating for change…”
Each Office Hours live session moves through a dynamic and grounded structure.
1. Welcome + Arrival
We begin by slowing down together. Showing up is enough.
2. Commitment to Landback
We ground by acknowledging the land we’re on, the labor — visible and invisible — that sustains us, and the ancestors whose lives and unfinished stories live in our bodies.
3. Somatic + Energetic Grounding
Before moving into conversation, we do one or two gentle practices — EFT tapping, breathwork, simple body awareness, or grounding exercises.
The goal is to help you feel a little more present and resourced before we share.
4. Community Check-In + “Naming the Things”
Participants are invited — never required — to name what they’re carrying: grief, rage, exhaustion, numbness, something they don’t yet have language for.
Naming the things doesn’t mean telling your whole story. It means letting what’s true be spoken out loud, without being fixed, rushed, or analyzed.
This is often the moment people realize: Oh. It’s not just me.
5. Teaching or Guest Wisdom
This portion helps people understand what their bodies and nervous systems are responding to — through decolonial psychology, somatics, ancestral frameworks, and lived experience.
The teaching is practical and grounding. It’s meant to bring relief, clarity, and orientation — not overwhelm.
6. Collective Card Pull
We close with a collective card pull as reflection. An image or message the group can sit with, interpret, or gently contemplate.
This invites intuition, imagination, and ancestral ways of knowing back into the space — especially for those who’ve been taught to distrust them.
No. Office Hours is not therapy and it is not supervision for psychotherapists. It is a new way of living — one that holds the tension of unlearning and re-education in community, with political and ancestral grounding.
No. Office Hours is for anyone doing the work — therapists, healers, organizers, artists, educators, coaches, bodyworkers, community holders, and people who are simply carrying more than they can carry alone. If you’ve found your way here, you belong.
Office Hours is housed in Skool, a community platform where members can connect between sessions, share what’s coming up, and find each other in the work. Access is included with your membership.
You get access to monthly live sessions with guest teachers, 6 months of past session recordings, and the Skool community space.
