Author, sacred disruptor & ancestral channel
I explore rage, emotional liberation, and what becomes possible when people stop abandoning themselves to survive. Most of us were never taught that our suppression was by design — that shrinking, performing, and dissociating were not personal failures but learned adaptations to systems that required our silence. I work with people who are done paying that price and who are ready to stop treating their own humanity as a threat.

Twenty-plus years of this work and I am more certain of it now than I have ever been.

My work lives at the intersection of intergenerational trauma, nervous system science, colonial history, and ancestral intelligence. I don’t reject psychology, I metabolize it. What I’ve come to know is this: suppression was never a personal failure. It was a requirement. My work is about what becomes possible when people stop paying that price — not abstract liberation, but practice-level change, grounded in research, lived experience, and the wisdom our lineages never stopped holding.
